PURPOSE: A system of urgent opening of a car door is provided to save life by making a driver and passengers be evacuated from the car easily or be rescued with opening the damaged door forcibly in a car accident. CONSTITUTION: The system of urgent opening of the car door includes an acceleration sensor(1), a CPU(2), a pillar(3) and inflaters(4). The acceleration sensor(1) sensing the collision among cars and the overthrow of the car is connected to the CPU(2). The CPU(2) senses the collision pulse of the car and judges if a piston is operated or not. If it goes beyond the general strength, the gunpowder of the inflaters(4) is exploded and the high voltage gas is generated. The CPU(2) operates the piston of a cylinder operated by the inflater on the inside of the pillar(3) and the piston releases a locking device of a door. |
