PURPOSE: To provide a control working vehicle turnable irrespective of loads in drive wheels. CONSTITUTION: A flow dividing and joining valve is provided between a hydraulic pump and a hydraulic motor, in the control working vehicle provided with an engine mounted on a traveling truck, the hydraulic pump driven by the engine and the hydraulic motor for driving traveling wheels, in which a closed circuit is constituted by connecting the hydraulic pump to the hydraulic motor in parallel.
