PURPOSE: A rod guider assembly for a shock absorber prevents the leakage of oil and restrains the inflow of gas in a double cylinder into an inner tube. CONSTITUTION: A rod guider assembly for a shock absorber comprises many rings(60) layered between a protruded jaw(71) of a rod guider(7) and a bush(8). The protruded jaw(71) is integrally formed with the inner diameter of the rod guider(7). The respective rings(60) are disposed not to coincide with slits(9,61) of the bush(8). Thus, the leakage of oil through the slits(9,61) is prevented. Therefore, the reverse flow of gas is minimized, thereby improving the operating performance of the rod guider assembly for the shock absorber.
