PURPOSE: A method for optimumly encoding a TFCI(Transport Format Combination Indicator) is provided to use an optimum TFCI encoding method. Therefore, a receiver can decode an encoded TFCI codeword by a simple procedure. CONSTITUTION: A system inputs transmission format information which is inserted into each wireless frame and is transmitted, as a bit form. According to bit numbers of the transmission format information, the system performs a shifting for inputted information bits as a specific pattern. The system codes the information bits of the specific pattern according to the bit numbers of the inputted information. The system performs a puncturing for codewords outputted by a coding as much as a pre-determined bit number, and inserts divided codewords into each slot of the wireless frames, then transmits the codewords. |
