PURPOSE: A panel structure for fixing a cable and a wire harness of a vehicle is provided to directly fix the cable and the wire harness at a panel without a clip, thereby reducing production cost and assembly time. CONSTITUTION: In an inner panel structure for holding a cable(12) to an inner panel(10) of a vehicle, a panel structure for fixing the cable and a wire harness of the vehicle includes a plurality of lodging holes(10a) perforated at the part where a cable(12) passes at an inner panel at predetermined gaps, an arc type cable bracket projection(11) elastically bent at the lodging hole, so that the cable is elastically inserted between the inner surface of the cable bracket projection and the lodging hole to be fixed and supported.
