PURPOSE: A compact can compressor for a vending machine is provided to reduce working cost for collecting and separating wastes, to increase a collected amount of waste cans and to effectively use in life by providing coupons. CONSTITUTION: A compact can compressor for the vending machine includes a waste can compressing unit, a waste can dropping unit, a coupon discharging unit and a controlling unit. The waste can compressing unit compresses waste cans using hydraulic pressure. The waste can dropping unit leads and drops the waste cans to the waste can compressing unit. The coupon discharge unit provides a prescribed coupons according to compression of the waste cans. The controlling unit controls the waste can compressing unit, the waste can dropping unit and the coupon discharging unit.
