PURPOSE: A visiting card managing method of a mobile phone is provided to improve an efficiency of a resource without necessity of an additional resource for making a visiting card by enabling transmission and reception of a visiting card directly created by a user to and from the other party wirelessly. CONSTITUTION: When a controller receives a key signal from a key input unit, it checks whether the key signal is a visiting card transmission menu key signal(311). If the key signal is determined to be the visiting card transmission menu key signal, the controller reads a memory and displays the stored visiting card on a display unit(316). The controller checks whether a visiting card number desired to be transmitted is inputted from the key input unit(317). If the visiting number desired to be transmitted is inputted, the controller processes a visiting card corresponding to the inputted visiting card number on the basis of a bluetooth communication standard through a bluetooth processing unit and transmits it to a mobile phone located near the other party(321). The controller checks whether the visiting card is completely transmitted(323). If the visiting card is completely transmitted, the controller reads a character message indicative of complete transmission of the visiting card stored in a memory and displays it on a display unit(325). |
