PURPOSE: A device for processing a call of an exchange is provided to process the call for supplying the Internet service to an ISDN(Integrated Services Digital Network) subscriber through an FRN(Frame Relay Network). Therefore, the installation of a specific private terminal becomes unnecessary. CONSTITUTION: A DSI(Digital Subscriber Interface)(2) interfaces with a digital terminal corresponding to an ISDN(Integrated Services Digital Network) subscriber. An FRAD(Frame Relay Access Device)(10) interfaces with an FRN(Frame Relay Network). An NTP(Number Translation Processor)(6) translates a requested number. A TSL(Time Switch and Link)(8) forms a communication path. An ASP(Access Switching Processor)(4) requests translation for telephone numbers supplied from the DSI(2) and the FRAD(10) to the NTP(6), and receives a result of the number translation. The SAP(4) controls the TSL(8), and forms a communication path between the FRAD(10) and the DSI(2) in respond to the translation result by the TSL(8). |
