NON-CIRCULAR OPTICAL DISC

摘要

PURPOSE: A non-circular optical disc is provided to prevent print layer from peeling and improve quality by preventing user's finger from contacting to print layer in process of catching non-circular optical disc. CONSTITUTION: A pit(11a) is formed in a polycarbonate substrate(11). A reflection layer(12), a protection layer(13), and a printing layer(14) is laminated and formed in turns on the polycarbonate substrate(11). A boudary edge of the printing layer(14) is formed to be separated a designated distance toward inside direction from the boundary edge of the polycarbonate substrate(11) not to be contact with user's finger in process of catching an optical disc. A designated distance toward inside direction from the boundary edge of the polycarbonate substrate(11) is separated by making a round(15) processing of a side of the polycarbonate substrate(11) or forming a declined surface at the top of boundary of the polycarbonate substrate(11) or forming a groove cutting a boundary of the polycarbonate substrate(11) in a designated width.
