PURPOSE: To reduce the noise of an electric cleaner while making it smaller and maintaining the suction force. CONSTITUTION: This vacuum cleaner includes a dust collection chamber, an electric blower and a cord reel arranged in sequence, and an electric blower cover rounded on its upper side at the peripheral edge of an exhaust port, the electric blower cover having exhaust passages 124a, 124b formed at both sides and an auxiliary filter 242 installed at the lower side so that air can be exhausted from an exhaust window through a power cord reel installation portion to the outside.
