PURPOSE: A method for quantitatively measuring asialoglycoprotein is provided, which reproductively and accurately measures the concentration of asialoglycoprotein in blood for diagnosis of liver disease. And a measuring kit article therefor is also provided. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of: (i) absorbing antibody regarding glycoprotein in a solid support such as a microtiter plate; (ii) adding serum sample into the solid support to combine the blood-asialoglycoprotein with the antibody; (iii) adding tracer combined lectin to combine the lectin with the antibody combined asialoglycoprotein; and (iv) detecting the tracer to measure the concentration of the asialoglycoprotein. The kit article comprises an antibody regarding glycoprotein or a lectin absorbed solid support and a tracer combined lectin.
