PURPOSE: A drill screw machining device improves the efficiency of space using and the productivity of a drill screw by transferring a good after being exhausted from the front surface of a heading machine and enabling the parallel method simultaneous machining of a drill angle machining machine. CONSTITUTION: A drill screw machining device comprises a heading machine(300), a drill angle machining machine(400) and a rolling machine(500). A line material is properly cut on a heading machine(300). Then, a screw head is formed on one of the cut material between a reciprocating punch(306) and dies(304,304'). Then, the materials are transferred to the drill angle machining machine(400). Then, the materials are sequentially transferred via a run-way and fixed on disk fingers(420,423). A drill angle is formed on the material by a forging if the material is transferred to a drill angle metal mold portion(440). Then, the material is moved to a rolling machine(500) along a feeder extended from the drill angle metal mold portion(440). Further, the material is moved to a rolling metal mold portion(510) along a hopper and the run-way. Then, a screw line is formed on the material by a rolling machining. Finally, the completed material is exhausted through each exhausting hole.
