PURPOSE: A voice processing apparatus is provided to remove a noise generated when voice information is stored and transmitted, reduce power consumption, reduce a volume of the system and facilitate change of a DTMF processing method and a voice compressing method. CONSTITUTION: An analog matching unit(11) matches an external analog network. A digital matching unit(12) matches an external digital network. A DTMF processor(14) detects a DTMF signal applied through the analog matching unit(11) and the digital matching unit(12) and outputs the detected information to a scenario processor(13). The scenario processor(13) analyzes a subscriber's request to determine whether a data is to be stored or restored and controls a data storing and outputting of a flash memory(18). If a call is set up through the analog matching unit(11) or the digital matching unit(12), the scenario processor(13) analyzes a subscriber's request on the basis of information applied through the DTMF processor(14) to control the data storing/outputting for the flash memory(18), and address the flash memory918) on the basis of information of a mail box managing unit(16) and a sector allocation table managing unit(17) to store/output a data. A vocoder unit(15) compresses a PCM type voice data applied through the analog matching unit(11) and the digital matching unit(12) from an external network to a G.729A spec and applies it to the flash memory(18), restores the voice data compressed to the G.729A applied from the flash memory(18) to a PCM type voice data and outputs it through the analog matching unit(11) and the digital matching unit(12) to the external network. The flash memory(18) stores the voice data compressed to the G.729A applied from the vocoder unit(15) or outputs the stored voice data to the vocoder unit(15). The mail box managing unit(16) stores subscriber information who is provided with the voice service and manages registration and release of the subscriber. The sector allocation table managing unit(17) stores and manages sector information indicating a storing sector of the data stored in the flash memory(18).
