PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a case of a catalyzer converter for a device for purifying waste gas of a car is provided to respond to changing of the kind of cars by reducing the investment cost and reducing the period of manufacturing with manufacturing and testing the case of the catalyzer converter easily according to changing the kind of cars. CONSTITUTION: In the method for manufacturing the case of the catalyzer converter for the device for purifying waste gas of the car, jigs(41, 42, 43) and a pipe(36) are included. A metal board is cut with the same size as a case to be formed and the rollers pass by it and a pipe of the cylinder type with an open face is formed temporarily. The pipe(36) is completed by welding after connecting the open face with fixing the temporarily formed pipe with a clamp. The jigs(41, 42, 43) are completed for making the form of the case by cutting the material with the enough thickness and are put in the pipe(36) and the form of the wanted case is completed by connecting many times.
