The invention concerns a composition for bleaching or of keratinous fibres, in particular human keratinous fibres such as hair, comprising, in a medium suitable for bleaching or permanent waving, at least a reducing agent and additionally at least two specific polyurethane polyethers. The invention also concerns methods and devices for bleaching and permanent waving of keratinous fibres using said compositions.
