PURPOSE: A process for producing pesticide dispersions is provided, thereby the process can be effectively applied to the water-insoluble pesticide. CONSTITUTION: The process for producing pesticide dispersions comprises the steps of: mixing the dissolved solid-containing stream and solvent-containing stream; and mixing the mixed streams in a chamber under high shear condition, after forming particles having below 5 micrometer of particle size by emulsifying dissolved solid, cooling them below their melting point to solidify them before leaving the particles from the reactor, in which the melting point of the solid is 40 to 120 deg.C; the temperature of the dissolved solid-containing stream is above 5 deg.C; the solid has 1 wt.% or less of solubility to solvent at 25 deg.C; and one or both streams have surfactant or dispersing agent or all of them. |
