PURPOSE: A polymer electrolyte is provided which minimizes the leakage of a plasticizer and has improved interfacial stability and ion conductivity between electrode by introducing an alkali metal ion group to an acrylonitrile-methyl methacrylate-methacrylic acid terpolymer. CONSTITUTION: In the polymer electrolyte containing a host polymer, a plasticizer and a lithium salt, the host polymer is an ionomer of acrylonitrile-methyl methacrylate-alkali metal methacrylate terpolymer having a repeating unit represented by the following chemical formula (1) wherein, each x, y and z is independently 0 or a positive integer, and M is Li, Na or K.
