METHOD FOR FORMING COATING LAYER BY USE OF TECHNIQUE USING BUBBLE

PURPOSE: To provide a method for forming an aluminide coating layer on the surface of a base material. CONSTITUTION: The method for coating the surface of a base material includes steps of: preparing a base material having a surface; and coating the surface with a bubbly suspension containing powder suspended in bubbles to form a coating layer on the surface. The base material is further heat treated, and the coating layer is made dense along the surface.
