PURPOSE: A nylon tubular film and manufacturing process thereof improves a mechanical property, a chemical property and a future workability by improving the early mechanical direction(MD) modulus of a nylon tubular film, thereby improving the value added of a product. CONSTITUTION: A non-stretch sheet is obtained by extruding melting a nylon through a ring-shaped die and cooling the melting nylon quickly. The non-stretch sheet is stretched for magnifying 2.5¯3.5 times to a mechanical direction(MD) and 2.5¯3.5 times to a tangent direction(TD) on the temperature interval between Tg(glass transition temperature) and Tcc(cold crystallization temperature). A tenter stretch rate is 2.5¯7.0 during the interval of a tenter heat treatment. Thus, the early mechanical direction(MD) modulus of a nylon tubular film is improved, thereby improving a mechanical property, a chemical property and a future workability.
