PURPOSE: Provided is a shrinkable film having transparency, shrinkability at a low temperature, and a high shrinking rate, which hardly shows spontaneous shrinkage and is produced from a resin not containing chlorine. CONSTITUTION: The shrinkable film is produced by using a copolymer having a glass transition temperature of 30-95deg.C and obtained by copolymerizing ethylene and/or alpha-olefin, a cyclic olefin, and an aromatic alkenyl hydrocarbon in the presence of a catalyst. The catalyst is obtained by blending a transition metal complex(A), at least one aluminium compound(B) selected from an organo aluminium compound, a cyclic aluminoxane, and a linear aluminoxane, and a boron compound(C).
