PURPOSE: An electric and chemical biosensor test strip having a recognition electrode and a measuring device by using the same are provided to automatically recognize a material to analyze without any button manipulation of a biosensor measuring device and conveniently quantitatively measure various blood components such as GOT, GPT in addition to blood sugar and cholesterol by the single measuring device. CONSTITUTION: An electric and chemical biosensor test strip having recognizing electrodes includes a first insulation board(31), two electrodes(33,34) formed on the first insulation board in parallel in a longitudinal direction, a reagent(38) fixed through the two electrodes on the first insulation board for reacting to a material to analyze to flow a current corresponding to a concentration of the material, and a recognition electrode formed at a predetermined position on the first insulation board for displaying the material to analyze by the reagent.
