PURPOSE: Provided is a display device using modulated optical fiber, which shows a clear color image by transmitting R, G, B light, generated from R, G, B monochromatic display elements, to a screen through the optical fiber. CONSTITUTION: The display device contains optical fiber modules(20) comprising at least one modulated optical fiber, wherein one end of the optical fiber is arranged on the R, G, B monochromatic display elements(11, 12, 13) and the other end of the optical fiber is arranged on the screen(30). The optical fiber module(20) contains a plurality of first optical fiber modules(21) arranged on the R monochromatic display element(11), a plurality of second optical fiber modules(22) arranged on the G monochromatic display element(12), and a plurality of third optical fiber modules(23) arranged on the B monochromatic display element(13). The first optical fiber modules(21) are correspondent to element modules(11a) in the ratio of 1:1 on the R monochromatic display element(11), the second optical fiber modules(22) are correspondent to element modules(12a) in the ratio of 1:1 on the G monochromatic display element(12), and the third optical fiber modules(23) are correspondent to element modules(13a) in the ratio of 1:1 on the B monochromatic display element(13).
