MULTI-PURPOSE STEEL AND RUBBER SLEEVE CHANGING DEVICE COMBINING AUTOMATIC CENTERUNG FUNCTION

PURPOSE: A multi-purpose steel and rubber sleeve changing device having an automatic centering function is provided which accurately and automatically performs a centering function in all quarters between a sleeve and a tension reel where the sleeve is inserted, so that it is easy to insert the sleeve and the workability is improved. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises: (i) a screw jack(24) which is installed by vertically penetrating through a center of a base(28) to rotate and has a skid(12) on the top end; (ii) a first servomotor(26) which is fixed on the lower side of the base and connected to one end of the screw jack to make the screw jack rotate; (iii) a screw shaft(30) which is fixed on the lower end side of the base in rectangular direction to the screw direction to rotate without being interfered by the screw jack; (iv) a second servomotor(27) which is connected to one end of the screw shaft and fixed on a lower end side of the base; and (v) a pair of clamp arms(20) which is installed by penetrating through the top end of the base to move in left and right hand side directions and each lower end part of which is fixed on the screw shaft to be opposite to each other.
