PURPOSE: An automatic vehicle wiper lifter is provided to protect a rubber blade of a wiper by returning to the original position and to contribute to the safe travel of a driver. CONSTITUTION: A wiper arm(20) is operated and by the operational force of the wiper arm, a link(2) pulls a wire for rotating a spiral spring shaft. A push rod(4) connected with the link is pulled and a wire wheel temporarily stops when reaching a top dead center of the acting range of the wiper arm. A spiral spring is decreased to be slowly unwound. When the wiper arm stops at the original position, the wire wheel rewinds up the wire according to the unwinding action of the spiral spring to pull the push rod. The other end of the push rod pushes up a bracket(18) mounted on the wiper arm. For protecting a wiper rubber blade(21), the inconvenience of lifting the wiper arm is eliminated and after the use of a wiper, the wiper arm is placed at the right position. Furthermore, the wiper arm is pushed upward automatically to separate the distance between the wiper rubber blade and a glass face.
