PURPOSE: An EEGR(Electric Exhaust Gas Recirculation) valve is provided to lengthen lifetime and to enhance performance and reliability by measuring the displacement of a pin frame with a non-contact method, not measuring the displacement of the pin frame with a direct contact method between a conductor and resistance such as a potentiometer. CONSTITUTION: An EEGR(Electrical Exhaust Gas Recirculation) valve consists of: a resistance creating instrument making the resistance value of different quantities according to the moved displacement of an opening instrument; a controller controlling the movement of the opening instrument; and a signal supply instrument supplying the resistance value created by a resistance creating instrument by converting to an electrical signal. The resistance creating instrument is made of a permanent magnet(715) interlocked with the movement of the opening instrument and of a resistance plate(717) forming variably according to opposed length with a permanent magnet and fixed to face with the permanent magnet at regular intervals. As a sensor is non-contact, the wear of a resistance line is not caused by the repetitive action and malfuction of the sensor due to the separation of contact points caused by vibration. Therefore, the reliability and lifetime of the action performance of the EEGR valve are enhanced.
