VEHICLE SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MEASURING ELECTRODE EMBEDDING STRENGTH OF ELECTRON GUN USING PIEZOELECTRIC SENSOR

PURPOSE: A vehicle system and method for measuring electrode embedding strength of electron gun using piezoelectric sensor is provided to improve reliability and stability to produce excellent cathode-ray tube by optimizing the condition of the electrode at electronic gun. CONSTITUTION: The piezoelectric sensor unit(10) radiates elastic wave toward electrode of the electron gun and receives the elastic wave passed through the electron gun(4). The pulse receiver unit(20) is supplied with the elastic wave and transforms and outputs it to pulse signal. The oscilloscope(30) displays wave form changed depending on amplitude for time according to the pulse signal. The PC unit(40) is connected to the oscilloscope(30) and supplied with the wave form signal to measure and analyze it using analysis program and display bidding state of the electrode.
