PURPOSE: Provided is a two-component type polyurethane composition, which develops excellent thixotropy immediately after mixing a main component with a curing agent and has excellent sag resistance and other physical properties suitable for sealing materials. CONSTITUTION: The two-component type polyurethane composition (formula(1)) is obtained from the main component containing a compound having an isocyanate group and the curing agent containing a compound having active hydrogen, wherein the both main component and the curing agent contain substantially no thixotropic agent, the thixotropy-developing time of the mixture is within 2 seconds, and the slump of the mixture is less than 3mm. The compound containing the active hydrogen has a flash point of 60deg.C or higher and the weight change of the two-component type polyurethane composition before/after boiling in boiling water under the atmosphere for 60 minutes is less than 0.6wt%. And the two-component type polyurethane composition has a breaking strength of 0.5-30MPa at -30deg.C and a breaking elongation of 50-700% at -30deg.C.
