Catalyst supports are made by dispersing in an alumina gel a finely divided solid crystalline aluminosilicate having uniform pore openings, forming the resulting mixture into particles of desired size and shape, aging, washing, drying and calcining the pesticides. The supports may be loaded with group VI and VIII metals e.g. Mo, W, Ni, Pt and Pd. R.E. metals and halogens may also be present. |
