<p>A temperature sensor, especially a temperature sensor having a resonator, requiring no accurate frequency standard irrespective of temperature change and having a wide measurement temperature range and a precise linear characteristic. On the basis of the frequency of one oscillator circuit (resonator) the frequency of one or more of other oscillation circuits (resonators) is measured to combine the frequency-temperature characteristics of the resonators. The resonators of two oscillation circuits have quadratic characteristics of the same quadratic coefficient and different linear coefficients, and the difference between the oscillation frequencies of the oscillation circuits is found.</p> |
