PURPOSE: A composition of photo dispersive film is provided to apply various image indicating device as being excellent brightness character and brightness uniformity without static electricity spot. CONSTITUTION: The composition of photo dispersive film is manufactured by dispersing inorganic or organic photo dispersing agent, transparent binder resin and hardening agent in organic solvent of single or two species or higher. Volume resistivity of composition is below 1x1012ohmcentimeter and volume resistivity of organic solvent is below 1x1012ohmcentimeter. The organic solvent is solvent mixed with single or two species or more selected from methylethylketone, methylisobutylketone, n-butylacetate, cyclohexanon or cellulesolveacetate or is mixed toluene and methylethylketone with 7:3 to 1:9.
