PURPOSE: A sensing device for inquiring spatially continuous non-destructive ground and a system of the sensing device are provided to effectively and promptly perform inquiry of spatially continuous non-destructive ground, and to continuously sense elastic wave from a generated place of elastic wave. CONSTITUTION: A sensing device for inquiring spatially continuous non-destructive ground includes a freely movable truck(10), an elastic wave measuring part(20) mounted on a lower portion of the truck and sensing elastic wave by contacting with the ground, a guide part for guiding lifting of the elastic wave measuring part, and a pressurizing part contacting the elastic wave measuring part to the ground in a prescribed power. The elastic wave measuring part has a pork(22) having two pork ends, a shaft(30) fixed on the pork ends, an inner ring(32) fixed on an external circumference of the shaft, an outer ring(36) being eccentric with the inner ring and rotatably contacting with a lower end of an external surface of the inner ring, and a sensor(38) mounted on a contact point between the inner ring and the outer ring for detecting elastic wave.
