<p>Deep penetrating antimicrobial compositions are disclosed which provide instant and persistent (long lasting) antimicrobial activity. The antimicrobial compositions are comprised of the antimicrobial components a) an alcohol and b) a cationic quaternary ammonium compound, phenoxy ethanol and optionally a biguanide compound and c) a combination of surfactants that do not include anionic surfactants.</p> |
