<p>The method for the identification of packaged objects, preferably cigarettes in cigarette packages, by means of authenticating marks including visual and/or electronic identification means distinguishes itself by the fact that at least two different authenticating marks are provided. For the end user of the cigarettes, this means that the packaging foil and/or the cigarette package comprises at least two visually recognizable marks which are published in order to be able to ascertain the authenticity of the package and of the content. One of the authenticating marks may be a special embossing producing a shadow effect.</p> |
