PURPOSE: A plasma display panel is provided to make gas-ejecting process easy by sealing the space between the front-end and back-end boards before charging discharge gas , and to improve luminance, efficiency and contrast by blocking UV light and visible rays from moving freely between discharge cells. CONSTITUTION: In the plasma display panel, front and back boards(10,20) are connected maintaining a constant space between them. A sustain electrode(11) formed on the bottom of the front board(10) maintains the light-projection of the cell. A dielectric layer(12) and a passivation layer(13) are formed on the front layer(10) to protect the sustain electrode(11). Barriers (21) formed on the top of the back-end board(20) are coated with phosphors(13). Multiple dividing projections(30) are arranged between barriers(21). |
