PURPOSE: A frame hinge structure of an outside mirror assembly body is provided to reduce the parts of the outside mirror assembly body by elastically coupling a bracket and a frame, thereby reducing cost of production. CONSTITUTION: A frame hinge structure of an outside mirror assembly body includes a bearing part(51) formed at one end of a bracket(50), a hinge shaft(52) vertical to the bearing part, and a plurality of projections(53) projected at the circumference of lower end of the hinge shaft; a boss bearer part(62) formed at one end of a frame(60) and having a hinge shaft support hole(61a) perforated on the line of the hinge shaft, and a plurality of projection grooves(63) coupled with the projections correspondingly; and a spring(70) interposed into a rotary support shaft for pushing the projections of the bracket to the lodging hole of the frame with elasticity or separating the lodging groove from the projection when being pulled or pushed to slidably move a mirror housing(14) or the frame.
