PCB RADIATOR USING GROUND PATTERN

PURPOSE: A PCB radiator using a ground pattern is provided to radiate a heat generated from a PCB without an additional cooler. CONSTITUTION: A ground pattern(20) surrounds the outer wall of a PCB(10) integrating a PCB component(11). A heat conductivity ground line(21) connects the ground pattern(20) to each PCB component(11). A conductivity square bar(40) receives a heat from the ground pattern(20) by surrounding and contacting the outer wall of the ground pattern(20). In addition, the square bar(40) is fixed to a radiating plate(30) having a heat sink(31) being formed at the rear surface thereof by a screw(41).
