PURPOSE: An upper working body conversion preventing device of a heavy equipment vehicle minimizes the number of conversion by using least structure and facilities, thereby minimizing the vibration on converting. CONSTITUTION: A turning motor is rotated by hydraulic pressure flowed in through flow passages(101,102). Then, the hydraulic pressure returns through flow passages(101,102). If one operates the lever of a control lever portion to stop the motor, the flow passages(101,102) connected to a first and a second flow passages connected to the motor make respective closed circuits, thereby stopping the movement of the hydraulic pressure. Thus, a high pressure is generated according to the inertia of the motor. On the other hand, a pilot pressure is slowly flowed in through an orifice(108), simultaneously, with the operation of the lever. The pilot pressure pushes a spool(100) such that hydraulic pressures are exchanged between orifices(103,104). Thus, similar pressures are maintained in the orifices(103,104), thereby preventing the conversion.
