PURPOSE: An active controlling device of a vehicle vibration using a neural network largely reduces an error ratio by making a sufficient learning by using the neural network and a vibration through an optimum controlling quantity. CONSTITUTION: An active controlling device comprises an input terminal(6), a hiding terminal(7) and an output terminal(8). The input terminal(6) senses parameters due to the vibration of a vehicle body and transmits the parameters to the hiding terminal(7). The hiding terminal(7) calculates and outputs an optimum controlling value. The output terminal(8) restrains vibration by actively controlling the quantity of oil pressure, electricity, magnetics.
