<p>Methods and systems consistent with the present invention include unique addressing structures and security services in the network layer of the OSI model. This provides an environment in which remote nodes may communicate securely with one another regardless of the infrastructure services used. The remote nodes may join a group identified by a channel number to properly authenticate one another.</p> |
