A valve unit and a container capable of being assembled easily, re-utilized, and manufactured at a low cost, wherein a pipe-shaped piston part (3) is inserted slidably into a pipe-shaped valve body (2) inserted into and installed detachably into a container body (Y), and a bellow-shaped bellows (19) communicating the inside of the piston part (3) with an opening part (13) and returnable in extending direction is connected between the insertion end of the piston part (3) and the opening part (13).
