PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing high transparent polyester film by applying coating liquid mixed with pretreated organic corpuscle on film surface. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing high transparent polyester film is characterized by in-line coating one face or both face of polyester film with coating liquid containing 0.1-1.0micrometer of organic corpuscle 0.001-5weight pretreated by the compound of chemical formula: R4N+OH-, wherein R expresses alkyl group or hydrogen of carbon number 1 to 10. The compound for pretreatment is tetraethylammonium hydroxide.
