PURPOSE: A bag is provided, which is used for preserving the food heated by microwave energy. CONSTITUTION: The bag is constituted by including one or more of a sheet-form flexible material which provides a front surface panel and a back surface panel to form a major housing section having an opening side end, a bottom section side end and two side ends respectively, and being bonded at least on the side ends and the bottom section side end to each other. The bag can be provided while being equipped with several additional functions such as a pouch arranged between the front surface panel and the back surface panel for the housing of an article such as chopsticks or a sachet of seasoning. The bag is equipped with a handle function to provide a convenient carrying, a cut-out panel to expose a vent hole to the inside, and a tearable section which can partially remove the bag in order to conveniently come into contact with a content.
