<p>Resources containing dynamic data that is altered solely in response to user action may be cached within a cache. The resources may be, for example, web pages that are cached within a cache of a proxy. A selected web page is marked as valid in the cache until the dynamic data in the web page changes almost solely as a result of user action. In such a case, the selected web page is marked as invalid and an updated copy of the selected web page that contains the updated dynamic data is obtained.</p> |
