The invention relates to a two- or multilayer composite or laminar material that consists of at least one film layer and one textile fiber layer linked therewith in a non-positive and positive fit that has a velour-like character. The fiber surface of said material is obtained by separating a fiber layer in its horizontal mid-area that runs parallel to the film surface and whose fibers have a native or synthetic origin with an initial fiber length of less than 0,1 mm to more than 400.000 m.
