PURPOSE: Provided is a mirror capable of maintaining a constant temperature which removes moisture, water drops, frost, etc formed on its surface using a heating device. CONSTITUTION: The mirror includes a mirror layer with reflexibility, a heating load layer comprising an electrical resistant material disposed under the mirror layer to heat the mirror layer, an electrode layer disposed under the heating load layer to apply current thereto and to control the current applied to the heating load layer according to its pattern, a temperature sensor device connected to an electric power source and thermally coupled to the bottom of the electrode layer to actively control temperature of the heating load, and a humidity sensor device disposed at one side of the front surface of the mirror layer to be electrically connected between the mirror and the electric power source and to sense a humidity of the front surface of the mirror.
