The combine harvester (1) has a cutting tool (8) at a first end (6) and cab (9) from which it can be controlled and steered in a working direction (Arbeitsfahrt). A second cab (11) is provided at the opposite end (10), for driving on open lanes or roads. Preferably, at least one wheel axis (4) near the second cab is controlled by the second cab and the cutting tool moves between a horizontal working position and a vertical stowed position.
