In the present invention there are disclosed substituted isoquinoindazol-6-(2H)-ones of the general formula I, in which individual substituents have specific meanings. They are used for preparing a pharmaceutical preparation exhibiting activity against tumors. The pharmaceutical preparation contains as active substance the aforementioned antitumor compounds. Process for preparing those compounds the compound of the general formula III, in which the individual substituents have specific meanings is brought into reaction with alkyl hydrazine of the general formula {NHi2-NH-B'}, in which B' has specific meaning under formation of the compound of the general formula II, in which substituents have specific meanings. This compound is then brought into reaction with the compound of the general formula {NHi2A'}, in which A' has specific meaning under the formation of the compound of the general formula I', in which substituents have specific meanings.
