The lying-down technical part to be turned of the energy generation device (1) is moved in this respect, that wheels (4), gears and their counter-drive (rails, ring gear, tar surface, etc.), take over the transmission or the drive, e.g. driven by the planetary motor, the planetary gearbox or some combination of the two types of drive. The wheels, gears alone for the current production (e.g. counter-running energy generation in the wheel) contribute for its use as well (or can contribute). Furthermore the axle or wheel position, developed at an angle to the vertical axle guidance of the energy generation device corresponds (or can correspond) to the technical standard of the technical exploitation of the centrifugal force to be evaluated.
