PURPOSE: A word line driving control device is provided to compensate for low speed at low power voltage by high power voltage by reducing a variance of a word line control signal due to variation of power voltage. CONSTITUTION: A word line driving control device includes ATD adder for adding the ATD signal. A detector(20) receives an output signal of the ATD adder(10) through a first inverter, and detects a level of a corresponding power voltage. A power voltage selector(21) receives an output signal of the ATD adder(10) through first and second inverters(IN10,IN11), and selects the output signal of the ATD adder(10) by a detection signal of the detector(20). A word line control signal generator(22) generates a word line control signal(W/L CONTROL) by a selection signal of the power voltage selector(21).
