PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing method that satisfactorily reproduces the image of an image pickup object by dividing the image pickup object into a plurality of image pickup ranges to pick up image and correcting and combining respectively acquired image data. SOLUTION: This system divides base material where reference marks 172 are equally provided into a plurality of image pickup ranges to image the image pickup ranges and respectively prepares correction tables 174 correcting the image deviation of each reference mark with respect to set mark coordinates preliminarily set in a virtual picture 162. The system divides an electric component 28 into a plurality of image pickup ranges to pick up image, forms a physical picture by acquired image data, corrects a virtual position at which information should be acquired on the basis of the correction table so as to acquire a physical position and acquires an optical characteristics value at the physical position as an optical characteristics value at a virtual position. |
